- The outpatient department (OPD) clinics which are held in the main building are staffed by our own team of general practitioners (GP’s).
- Our specialist clinics are also held by our resident surgeon, obstetrician and gynaecologist, and physician. Other specialist services in paediatrics, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, ENT, dermatology, urology, nephrology, nutrition and diabetes management are available once or twice weekly.
Appointments may be requested with a specific GP, however, if a specific GP is not available on the day or it’s fully booked an alternative GP will be available for consultation. All patients needing to see a specialist consultant will require a referral by a GP.
All patients or visitors must report to the reception desk on arrival. There is a separate enquiry desk in the main building within the reception area. For those accessing our services under accepted health insurance or medical scheme there is our Insurance desk to assist with any queries on available insurance coverage.
Patients who have been advised by the attending doctor that they will require a follow up appointment should arrange this with the doctor or alternatively make the follow-up appointment with the reception desk before leaving cfb.
Although every effort is made to keep to the allocated appointment times, sometimes emergencies and other problems arise which may cause unavoidable delay. Nevertheless, it is expected that all patients will be seen within a reasonable period of their appointed time.
